Official Sweepstakes Rules & Regulations
1. Contest Overview
The 2027 Calendar Giveaway (the "Contest") is operated by Rack Stacker Inc. (the "Sponsor").
Each official 2027 promotional calendar purchased contains one (1) unique sixteen (16) digit registration code. Once registered, that code becomes one (1) eligible entry into the Contest.
Each registered calendar represents one (1) entry only.
There is no limit to the number of calendars an individual may purchase or register. Each calendar must contain a unique code and be registered separately.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on January 1, 2027 and concludes on December 31, 2027.
Prize draws will occur:
- Every Friday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
- Fifty-three (53) weekly prize draws during 2027
- One (1) Wild Card Draw on July 30, 2027 with 10 Lucky Winners!
A total of sixty-two (62) prizes will be awarded during the Contest Period.
The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust draw dates or times if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require such changes.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to win, entrants must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the draw.
- Have properly registered a valid unique contest code.
- Meet all requirements outlined in these Official Rules.
- Must be able to answer a skill testing question upon winning.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may be ineligible where required by law or as determined by the Sponsor.
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the draw.
The Contest is not open to residents of Quebec or the United States of America, or to any person residing in any jurisdiction where the Contest is prohibited by law.
Entrants must provide a valid Canadian mailing address for prize delivery or pickup, where applicable.
4. Registration
Each calendar contains one unique sixteen (16) digit code.
To become eligible:
- Register the code through the Sponsor's official registration platform.
- Only valid, unaltered, and properly registered codes will be eligible.
- Duplicate, altered, copied, forged, or fraudulent codes are void.
Each registered code constitutes one (1) contest entry.
5. Winner Selection
Winning entries will be selected by random draw.
Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being declared a winner, as required by Canadian law.
Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize Delivery
Unless otherwise stated:
- Winners are responsible for arranging pickup of their prize; or
- Winners may have their prize shipped at their own expense.
The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, damage during transport, customs fees (if applicable), or additional delivery charges.
Ownership and risk transfer to the winner once the prize has been released to the carrier or picked up.
7. Firearm Prizes
Any prize consisting of a firearm is subject to all applicable Canadian laws.
Before a firearm prize can be awarded, the selected winner must:
- Be legally eligible to possess a firearm in Canada.
- Present a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL).
- Successfully complete all legal transfer requirements required by federal and provincial law.
If the selected entrant cannot legally receive the firearm, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that prize claim and select an alternate winner or substitute the prize where permitted by law.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules.
- Accept all decisions of the Sponsor as final.
- Release the Sponsor from liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules.
Void where prohibited by law.

Prize values are stated in Canadian dollars and represent the approximate retail value (ARV) at the time these Official Rules are published. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a listed prize become unavailable.

Prize Conditions
- All prize values are approximate retail values (ARV) in Canadian dollars.
- Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
- No cash substitution will be provided unless expressly determined by the Sponsor.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
- Winners are responsible for all costs associated with collecting or shipping their prize unless otherwise stated.
- Firearm prizes will only be awarded upon successful verification of a valid Canadian Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) and completion of all legal transfer requirements under applicable law.
- Hunting trips, fishing trips, shopping sprees, and similar experiential prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, including availability, booking requirements, licensing requirements, and any exclusions that may apply.
